Yummmmmy Kaiserschmarren

Today I wanted to eat Kaiserschmarrn but on a healthy way... So this is my result :

What you need:
2 eggs
 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
 1 pinch salt 
125g blueberries
 125ml milk
 3 level tbsp. flour 
5 tbsp. fine oatmeal 
2 tbsp. colza oil 
1 tsp butter 
1 tsp powdered sugar

Distinguish the eggs. Put the egg yolk in a high vessel. The egg white in a bowl. To the egg white 
you add 1/2 tbsp sugar and one pinch of salt... then you mix this with a electric mixer till it is stiff and put it in the fridge.

Meanwhile you put the blueberries in a bowl with water and wash them. Then you drip the blueberries in a sieve.

The rest of the sugar, the flour, the milk and the oatmeal you put to the egg yolk and mix them. The you let the duff swell for 10-15 minutes.

Now you mix the beaten egg white to the duff.

You put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it. Then you fill the duff in it and put 2/3 of the blueberries on top of the duff. Now you hat the pancake on middle heat till the underside gets fest.

Now you turn the pancake on the other side and cut it into pieces what I actually didn't do really good... hahaha And now you add the butter to the Kaiserschmarren.

After you put the Kaiserschmarren on the plate you sprinkle it with powdered sugar and add the rest of the blueberries.
And voilà you're finished :)

My mom gave me some lipstick from benefit which totally is my favorite cosmetic brand :))


And this is my new parfum which smells absolutely good !


And now I will have some sweets :)

Lunch Time !!

I love Quinoa.
The plant should help on account of her specific advantages to fight against the hunger in the worldjust in times of the climate change!!
And it also is totally delicious :))




Firstly you have to cook the Quinoa. You cook it just like rice.


Parallel I cooked some vegetables (pumpkin, carrots, beans). I usually cook with coconut oil, because it is healthy and it tastes delicious !! Well, to get a better taste I added some ginger to the vegetables. Salt and pepper shouldn't be missed too!

My absolute favorite place in Barcelona

La Sagrada Familia is such a touching place. Absolutely amazing, you walk through areas inside bathed in colored light and natural components. A magical place created by Gaudi. 
This church will be finally finished by 2026/ latest 2028. They started in 1882 and about 65% of the temple has been completed.

Breakfast recipe-Sweet rice with apple juice


What you need:
• apple juice 
• sweet rice 
• water 
• raisins 
• rice cooker/ pot 
• cup 




1. Put 2 cups rice in the rice cooker / pot and add 6 cups water to that 
2. Wait till you rice is cooked
3. Add apple juice to the rice and mix it 


4. Now put the rice in the bowls you need and add some raisins if you want
5. Finish :)

Hong Kong

Hong Kong was amazing ! 









A little outside of the city was a fish market.
There were different kind of fish and you could decide which fish you would like to get cooked for lunch. 
I never saw something like that ! So if you detest fish you should never go there..
