Today I wanted to eat Kaiserschmarrn but on a healthy way... So this is my result :
What you need:
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
125g blueberries
125ml milk
3 level tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. fine oatmeal
2 tbsp. colza oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp powdered sugar

Distinguish the eggs. Put the egg yolk in a high vessel. The egg white in a bowl. To the egg white
you add 1/2 tbsp sugar and one pinch of salt... then you mix this with a electric mixer till it is stiff and put it in the fridge.

Meanwhile you put the blueberries in a bowl with water and wash them. Then you drip the blueberries in a sieve.

The rest of the sugar, the flour, the milk and the oatmeal you put to the egg yolk and mix them. The you let the duff swell for 10-15 minutes.

Now you mix the beaten egg white to the duff.

You put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it. Then you fill the duff in it and put 2/3 of the blueberries on top of the duff. Now you hat the pancake on middle heat till the underside gets fest.

Now you turn the pancake on the other side and cut it into pieces what I actually didn't do really good... hahaha And now you add the butter to the Kaiserschmarren.

After you put the Kaiserschmarren on the plate you sprinkle it with powdered sugar and add the rest of the blueberries.
And voilà you're finished :)
